- Rumi
The Rumi Cipher, the debut novel by Red File Society, is the first in the series of The Red File Archives, a literary private eye series rooted in the city of Boston. When Brent is hired to protect Noor Watani : a Palestinian poet and visiting Harvard professor targeted for assassination : he is drawn into a web of political violence and hidden loyalties.
But as threats against Noor escalate, he falls into a case of a woman whose truth may be more dangerous than the men trying to kill her. The closer Brent gets, the more he begins to wonder whether he’s protecting the victim…or the most dangerous person in the room. As time runs out, Brent must answer two questions:
Who is Noor Watani - and can he trust her before it’s too late?
